"Room: The room felt a bit unsettling with the portrait hanging on the wall, especially since the lighting is quite dim. It would be more comfortable to have a mirror, which would be very useful when drying hair, or maybe having an extra power socket in the bathroom area would be convenient. Toilet Amenities: The toothbrush provided was quite hard, and the shampoo didn’t feel like it effectively cleansed my hair…no lotion is provided in the room. Perhaps these can be improved for better guest comfort. Spa/Wellness/Gym: 10/10 — Absolutely excellent and CLEAN!!! Restaurant: 10/10 — The food was great, especially the baguettes — they were delicious!!! Overall, the staffs were friendly and helpful."

"Fabulous owners. Incredibly kind. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable for $9 a night. On the other hand, I'm really not happy with Trip.com, which deliberately lies about its ads!! On the site, the services and facilities listed a spa, a sauna and a restaurant. When I arrived there was none of that! So these were criteria for my reservation. I spoke with the owner of the establishment and he never indicated on any platform that the establishment had these services...... So Trip.com, you are liars and crooks, lying to make as many reservations as possible. Between travel and meals outside because the guesthouse is 6 km from the center of Phnom Penh. The damage amounts to $80 for meals for 8 days and $48 for travel by tuktuk. Trip.com compensation 15 dollars ....... Ridiculous and start by not lying to your customers anymore. I recommend booking. They are much more serious and honest on the descriptions. And if you go through Trip.com contact the establishment directly and check that all the services and equipment on the description are accurate. Note. Guesthouse 139 19/20. Trip.com note. 0/20. And you have lost a customer who will never recommend you! When we are on the other side of the world tired from a day of transport. It is very pleasant to understand that we have been had ......
